I wanted the bassinet to go with my Ridge stroller so that I could lay baby down for longer stroller trips (walks and shopping etc..) I didn’t like her being crammed in the car seat for too long. It comes in handy to take on the go with you and have somewhere to lay them down in. I like that it came with a carry bag and folds down flat to save space if needed.
