Returns at Little Canadian are Simple & Easy, and as a bonus you have an extended 45 days to return from date of purchase.
There are 2 simple ways to process a return. You can request a return from our super helpful support at firstname.lastname@example.org, or return for free on returnable products with our helpful staff at our Mississauga Location or our Toronto Office/Warehouse! (Refund will be processed after item is transferred to warehouse and passes inspection - aprx. 3-4 business days)
Or, just email us at email@example.com - the order number and product you want to return, and we send you a shipping return label. The customer is responsible for shipping costs and the cost of shipping must be paid before a return shipping label is sent.
Our return policy lasts an extended 45 days from the date of purchase. After that time, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If the item ships out more than 7 days after the time of purchase, we will extend the return all the extra days it takes until it ships out. Note you will be notified in the rare occasions that it is going to ship out late!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, original packaging, and resellable condition. Please ensure you have your receipt or proof of purchase to be sent along or emailed to process your return.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned for safety and hygienic reasons (note-this is the industry standard). However, If the item is damaged or defected, we will return the item provided the manufacturer can not resolve the issue. We will even pay for the return!

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Little Canadian will not be held responsible for damaged packaging and will not accept returns or exchanges due to the condition of item packaging. We are not responsible for damages to packaging that may occur during the shipping process.
Note: You Must contact customer support before returning an item, we will work with you to guide you with the return.
Damaged or Defective Items
There are times that an item is received damaged or defective. If there is a simple resolution such as the manufacturer sending a replacement part etc, then we will not accept the return. However, we will assist with getting the new part and make sure the problem is solved.
Damaged boxes and packaging is common when shipping through couriers and is not considered a defective item, and is not basis for eligibility for a return.
If however there is no fix to the problem, we will gladly accept the return and pay for the return shipping costs.
To ensure you receive the product, we recommend making signature required (adding that to notes at checkout). Little Canadian will not be held responsible for theft or lost packages if signature is not requested on checkout notes.
At Little Canadian, we allow our customers to cancel their order, provided that the shipping process has not begun. The cancellation is only effective provided that we notified you the cancellation is approved before we start shipping the item.
Custom orders are not eligible for cancellation.
We reserve the right to cancel an order on our own discretion.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within approximately 14 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 309 Pennsylvania Ave, Concord ON L4K 5R9
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Little Canadian 309 Pennsylvania Ave. Concord,ON L4K 5R9. Make sure You title the return to Little Canadian.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
