As shown in the chart, both these seats come with amazing features such as washable seat pads, multi-position recline and many more. The few differences between the two really involve the harness on the seat. The Pria max is manufactured with smarter harnesses to make the parents job a lot easier by including a flip away buckle that gets out of the way when putting a child in the seat and a magnetic chest clip that makes buckling in a lot easier. The Pria Max also includes a lot nicer fabric and more premium feel for a more comfortable ride for your child. However there is roughly a $50 price difference between these two seats. 

If you are a family who is more budget conscious then the Maxi Cosi Pria 3-in-1 is for you. It is designed with very similar amazing features as the Maxi Cosi Pria max 3-in-1 but provides the opportunity to buy a great product for a cheaper price.
