Packaging problem

Box containing « sophie » very nice but arrived crushed

Poor quality

The package arrived ripped in 3 places and squished. I had to give the gift without the package. It was not caused by the delivery company as there was no damage on that. I tried emailing LC for a refund and my email was returned undeliverable.
