I ordered and because of delays and communication I had to wait months for my bassinet. I had to keep bugging to get any updates. The bassinet is beautiful and functional but the customer service was terrible.
It was a shower gift for a niece. Baby not born yet so no comment. Was very happy with the ease of ordering and the delivery.
Arrived smoothly, easy to assemble. Will be using it with Nuna Mixx Stroller. Waiting for baby to arrive to try it out!
