Medela’s Hands-free Collection Cups are our first wearable pump set. Using research-based design, our Collection Cups feature an anatomical shape for ultimate comfort and fit discreetly inside your bra without weighing you down for easy portability.
Our Collection Cups were designed to keep you hands-free for all your multi-tasking needs. With only three parts, they are also easy to clean, leaving you more precious time for all the other things in your busy life.

- Free shipping on eligible orders over $49 across Canada (before tax, excluding furniture).
- Orders under $49 ship for a flat rate of $8.99.
- Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Furniture items ship for a flat rate based on the size of the item. Your shipping cost will be displayed on the product page or calculated at checkout before you complete your purchase.
- Additional shipping charges may apply to remote locations or PO Boxes where carrier surcharges apply.
Returns
We want you to shop with confidence! That's why we offer an extended 45-day return policy on eligible items.
- Items must be unused, completely unopened, and returned in their original packaging.
- Clearance items are final sale.
