    wonderful toy - when it's working

    Bought this toy for Christmas for my 1 year old (and 4 year old). Such a wonderful concept with the cause/effect and my 1 year old even figured it out and loved watching the balls run down. This toy functioned for less than 3 weeks though. The mechanism that stops/releases the balls while they're running through the tower has jammed and won't release. Therefore, balls cannot complete the run. I have since read the same criticism in other reviews on the Fat Brain Toys website so I know it's not an isolated issue. Too bad it's rendered useless now.
