Couldn’t hear

I bought this after debating for a month if it's necessary. In my eyes, it's 100% necessary to give me the piece of mind I was looking for! After the loss of my twins a year ago, I found myself with high anxiety in this pregnancy and this doppler has put my mind at ease in between doctor appointments. Best purchase!

The bbluv Echo doppler worked perfectly since I was 8 weeks pregnant and I have been listening to it *every day* since (I'm 18 weeks now) and the battery is still going strong! I hook it up to an auxiliary cord and speaker so we can hear it nice and loud, but it comes with headphones that work just fine. It is literally the best gift I have ever recieved in my life! I loved it so much I purchased one for my friend who is hard of hearing. She was 9 weeks when she started using it and it's been working perfectly for her too! Some days it's easier to hear than others! Just depends on a number of factors. It's cool how I can hear my own heartbeat, the babies heartbeat (now in much more detail than just the standard horse trotting sound) and even the placenta (sounds like wind blowing)! Make sure you get the ultrasound gel for better sound (aloe gel works well too big UG is your safest bet), and spread the gel well to avoid static. I also suggest having the sound on low until it's placed firmly on your pelvis to avoid that initial loud static sound, then cranking the sound up once its in place. :)

Its not like the echos used by midwifes , i can hear my own heart beat , but they seem so far away , so for early pregnancy this machine will definitely not work. And i believe that since the machine doesn’t pick up my own heart beat as strong then even in more advance pregnancy it wont really .
